A 2 inch riser is roughly a 25# plate, place two 25# plates side by side.
Don't use more than a 2 inch deficit.
2. Stiff Leg Deadlift 5 x 3 @ 65% of Back Squat
3. EMOM for 6 minutes

Heavier each lift. Start with 70% of max.
Climb to a 1 rep clean max for the day.

Your press strength has not gone down. You are wrecking yourself with your "honeymoon make up work". Do some rest/active rest this week. Take some BHT days off. Quit overtraining.
