So Tired from all the excitement this weekend. Very proud of the BHT crew that destroyed Fittest in OK. More fun posts to come on this past weekend and on a possible BHT Clinic this coming weeking. Too tired right now. If you competed at Fittest in OK, PLEASE take today and tomorrow off...So...Rest Monday. Active rest Tuesday. Oly Strength
1. Block snatch pull + snatch (mid-thigh) 3 x 2(1+1) @ 65%, 2 x 2(1+1) @ 70%
2. Block clean pull + clean (mid-thigh) 3 x 2(1+1) @ 65%, 2 x 2(1+1) @ 70%
3. 3 Clean deadlift to knee + 1 clean pull 3 x 1(3+1) @ 85%, 2 x 1(3+1) @ 90%
                    Block pulls should be from at or just above the knees

Squat Strength
 Front Squat 
           1. Warm Up 1 x 6 @ 60%, 1 x 6 @ 65%

  1. Since I'm pretty sure you can't call what I did at Fittest "competing," I went ahead and did a WOD at lunch today. :)

    --15 min AMRAP--
    12 V-Ups (fingertips to toes)
    16 Pushups
    20 Air Squats
    * at the top of each minute do 3 Burpees

    -- 9 rds + 3 V-Ups.

    Hopefully going to get to the Oly and Squat stuff tonight. And THEN a rest day so I can watch my daughter pirouette at her ballet class.

    And I'd just like to tell everyone that it was really awesome getting to hang out with you all and watch you compete. I felt honored to be able to wear an OKC shirt and even more privileged to just be there and spend some time with you. Great job everybody. Seriously inspiring and uplifting.

    2 Min on Airdyne, 10 GHD Raises, 10 GHD Sit ups - x 3 , not for time.

  3. I was lone wolfing it with Titus today and did the snatch work 155 for the first sets and 165 for the second sets. These felt great today.

    My deconstructed Amanda was 13:40. Did all singles in the snatch. Round of 9 just felt way off. 7 and 5 felt great.

  4. If the clinic is actually this weekend. Im a maybe in attendance. Justin comes home and I havne't seen him in 2 weeks...I know i'm lame. But let me know day/times and ill see what i can do. :)
