14.5

     The competitor meeting was awesome. So excited that so many people showed up. This is going to be a fun couple of months.
      Honestly, I am going to have difficulty going to sleep tonight, mostly because of the post-call nap I took this evening, but mostly because I am so freaking pumped for this season. Not going to be able to turn my brain off tonight. OKC is going to be represented well this year. We have so many Firebreathers, I feel sorry for everyone else. If you are on your way to becoming a Firebreather and you are wondering what it takes to be a WODzilla, here is a picture of what one looks like:

Oly Strength
1. Snatch -
           50% x 2, 60% x 2, 70% x 2, 75% x 2, 80% x 2, then to heavy single
2. Clean & jerk -
            50% x 2, 60% x 2, 70% x 2, 75% x 2, 80% x 2, then to heavy single

Grunt WOD
AMRAP in 5 minutes
   20 Double-unders
   5 Deadlift @ 50%1RM
                   rest 2 minutes
AMRAP in 5 minutes
   10 Hand Release Push Up
   5 OHS @ 135/95#
                   rest 2 minutes
EMOM for max rounds
     Even: 2 Tire flips
     Odd: 25 meter Heavy Prowler Push
Add 1 tire flip each even minute, continue until failure

    No WOD today, but I'll make up the Grunt WOD and Class WOD tomorrow!

    And Kody, I've now gained 20# on my snatch since starting BHT...was that a loud enough tooting of your horn? :)
