13.5 and a half

These are the WODs from this weekend. We ran out of time for the last one, the Grunt WOD that I posted is an individual version of what we did. This weekend's clinic was AWESOME  I was giddy all day. We had three competitors who got their first Muscle Up and they all made it look Super easy. Congrats to Alex, Kelsey, and Bart. Welcome to the Muscle Up club. BHT Clinic was so much of a success that we may try to do it again with more WODs and skill work and less of me talking. Thanks to everyone who came, worked hard,  and helped. Our gym is going to be more than ready for the Open because of people like you guys.

Oly WOD
EMOM for 6 mins
     1 Snatch Heavier Each lift
               Start at 70% and work towards your one rep max
               Attempt the lift as many times as needed
     rest 2 minutes
AMRAP in 2 mins
     1 Snatch + 2 OHS @ 80% of Snatch max from above


Skill WOD
2 minute tabata of Toes to Bar
rest 1 minute
AMRAP in 5 minutes
3 Muscle Ups
8 pistol

Grunt WOD
4 rounds for time
5 Hang Cleans @ 225/135#
25 meter Prowler Push (Heavy)
30 second rest
