Fun Times With The Beast

Shoulder Warm Up
1. 5 to 10 minutes doing something from HERE
2. 2-3 Minutes of Tabata Shoulder Touches

Strength Work
1. Bench Press 7 x 1 or 2 @ 87%                                         90 second rest
2A. 10 Min to find Max DB Push Press
2B. 10 Min to find Max Weighted Pull Up              

Grunt Work
1A. Glute Ham Raise 5 x 7
1B.  Sled Pull 5 x 25 meters HAP
            Walk from GHD to sled and back with no rest
            Watch the GHD video, most of you are only doing back extensions

Regional Event 2:
For Time:
2000 meter Row
50 Pistols
30 Hang Power Cleans (225/135)
          17 Minute Time Cap
          Find a Judge for your pistols...and your cleans
          If they "no rep" you on the row...fire them and get a new judge

    2A. 10 min to find Max DB Push Press - Work dumbells only go up to 75 then to 100. So needless to say only wen to 75, pretty easy.
