    6 @ 185, 6 @ 200 2 x 6 @ 210
    Front Squat
    5 @ 135, 5 @ 145, 2 x 5 @ 155

    AMRAP in 7 Minutes
    10 Pistols
    20 Doubles
    1 Bar Muscle Up (increase by 1 per round)
    6 Rounds completed.

    20 Minutes for 1RM Clean:
    Up to 185#

    Fun Times:

    Amanda: 9:23. I felt like I should have been a lot faster on Amanda. I rested a lot more than needed.
