The End

This is the end of BHT in this format. After much thought and debate, I have concluded that it is time for me to move on. I am proud of what we have done here. Thanks to everyone for their support. Thanks most of all to my wife, she is my rock. She has been and always will be my muse and my inspiration.

  1. Simply put, I would not be the crossfitter I am today without BHT. You have had and always will have my utmost respect and heartfelt appreciation. Thank you for all that you do and your continued support, encouragement and unwavering belief.

    Sincerely,
    Joey

P.S. - I'm totally stoked I got to sign your yearbook. What a crazy ride, huh? Hope you have a great summer. Class of 2013!

  2. Where do I start?! I have reached feats of strength that no normal man will see in his life time. People hate when I'm training because we run out of 45# plates with the quickness. I am literally using "ALL THE WEIGHT'. A year ago I was feeble, weak, and not even good looking. After BHT's programming I am the strongest 160 pounder in the state(not confirmed but who cares about sources). I now look for any excuse to wear less clothing to show the benefits of BHT.

    "warming up before class starts"
GIRL BRO: " Dude! have you been doing BHT, you are literally making my panties wet right now. "
BRO: " I'm not even sorry about it bra, if I lived in gainsville I would be the mayor of that bitch with all these gains. "

The side effects of following BHT are as follows:
    1) Having to shave every 2 hours because of all the strength gains
    2) Constantly having women hit on you
    3) Breaking said women's hearts
    4) Winning at exercising
    5) Only taking one bag trip from the car to the house after grocery shopping
    6) Constantly looking at your self in the mirror and getting turned on by what you see
    7) Winning HOA, technically I didn't win per say but I was there and worked out shirtless
    8) Clothes don't fit from all the gains
    9) Constantly winning the "golden hammer Competition"
    10) Balling so hard

But on the real though, thanks Kody. I am 100 times better at exercising now and a huge part of that is because of your help. I am grateful that I was able to take advantage of you.

    Thanks BHT, Tay Tay
