            then
     40 altenating pistols
     40 TTB
          (break reps these up however you like)
     Rest 5 Minutes
WOD 2
     5 rounds of:     
     200 m row
     45 seconds rest
            then
     20 Squat Snatch @ 165
     20 Squat Clean and Jerk @ 165
          (break these reps up however you like)
     Rest 5 Minutes

WOD 3
     10 rounds of:     
     100 m row
     30 seconds rest
            then
      15 burpees
      15 Muscle Ups
      15 HSPU
          (break these reps up however you like)
