    2nd 30 secs - 6 Glute Ham Raises (w/hands behind head)

      I had also never done more than 150# for TnG Snatch Doubles either before, so I guess that was a 10# PR, too.

    This started out as an alternating EMOM (C&J evens, PLU+HSPU odds) until the third round C&J's happened, and it ended as a 3 rds for time!
