  3. TnG Power Clean + Jerk - 3@165#, 3#185#, 2@195#, 2@205#, then just decided to do Squat Clean + Jerk 1@215#, 1@230#, 1@240# (tied Clean & Jerk PR, first heavy squat cleans since Regionals)

    320# HBBS (20# PR in 3 weeks)

    240# Close Grip Bench Press (5# Bench Press PR, but the old one was Normal/Wider Grip so that's closer to a 15# PR)
