    Front Squat - 5x3@250#(5 reps on last set, which was a 10# 3RM and a 10# 5RM PR)

    Class Wod (running, DU, snatches):

    Then Skill 16 min EMOM:
    Even - 2 Bar MU
    Odd - 5 Deficit HSPU (two 45# Plates)
